Quickbooks Professional
Our company is highly trained with all versions of QuickBooks. We are skilled at the initial setup of a new company on QuickBooks. We are capable of training your in house bookkeeper to utilize QuickBooks to it’s fullest capacity. If you do not have QuickBooks, but would like your company to use QuickBooks, you may have us keep your books at our office. Should you need job costing or inventory record keeping, we are extremely trained in this area. We make sure your balance sheet equals your actual amounts with your assets, loans, bank accounts and tax liabilities.
Tax Returns
We have an Enrolled Agent who stays current on tax matters. An Enrolled Agent must continue their education yearly just like a CPA. We prepare all tax returns, from the simplest to the more complicated individual and corporate returns. We prepare W2’s and 1099s. If you are an LLC, S-Corporation or C-Corporation we can prepare the taxes in a timely manner. We take time to examine the return for any areas the client can improve on saving taxes. Our Enrolled Agent is also an NTPI Fellow who has received further education for assisting with tax issues.
We are experienced in representing clients with our power of attorney program which allows immediate access to your tax accounts.
Forensic Accounting
We are experienced in forensic accounting. Title companies have hired us to oversee real estate attorneys trust accounts for over 25 years. It is always a good idea to have someone other than your bookkeeper verify your bank reconciliations. We are experienced in reviewing past bookkeepers work looking for fraud.
New Business Setup
Regularly we help a new business decide what type of business they should be. We also help a company that has just opened with getting all your tax numbers you will need to open a bank account, start payroll, and get QuickBooks running.
